Wide advertising campaign is the key to successful sales of the object.

The main purpose of the auction is to achieve growth of the object price at the auction and sell it at highest possible price. Extensive advertising is required to achieve this goal. Advertising is designed to attract the maximum number of buyers to bidding. When several candidates for the object are gathered in the auction hall, they bargain in real time grow the selling price. As a result the owner of the object can get the amount that exceeds the most optimistic expectations for it.

   

Advertising of upcoming sales of the Auction House "REM" of the Bulgarian and Europe is placed in a variety of publications: the newspaper: "Index of real estate", "Bulgarian Home", magazines "Property in Bulgaria", Magazines major Bulgarian and foreign air carriers "Bulgaria Air», «Austrian Aerlines», and "Aeroflot", publication editions "Trud" and "24 hours", the Internet portal for real estate imot.bg. The information about upcoming sales is published in the electronic editions: network newspaper standartnews.com, news agencies: «Focus», Reuters, «PIC» и «Bulgarian News Agency». The upcoming sales are announced on radio N-JOY и radio "Radio 1".

Regional publications actively cover the activity of the Auction House REM of the Bulgaria and Europe. Newspapers «Work», «24 o'clock», «168 o'clock», «Banker», «Capital», magazines «Real estate index» и «Property in Bulgaria»  publishes all information about trades of AHRF

In addition, the «Auction House REM» has the official site AUCTION.TAMPERS.SU и AUCTION.TAMPERS.EU —  in Russian and English languages, which also has all the information on objects preparing for sale.

The «Auction House REM» uses various types of advertising: from mass (publication of advertising articles in public media, placement of street banners, placement of advertising messages in Internet) and to selective, targeted to the range of potential buyers. In the latter case, the promotional materials (catalogs, flyers, e-mailing) are delivered to the offices of potential investors, including foreign ones), they are sent personal invitations to participate in the auction, the presentations are organized for them.

The choice of organizing way of the promotional campaign is stipulated by the characteristics of the object for sale and potential market for its sales.
