1.1. How do I register?

To be able to access our product data you have to be registered and logged in. Use of the Remtech store online marketplace (Registration, newsletter, downloads, placing offers and wanted ads) is free-of-charge.
1.2. New Customers without MEMBERSHIP STATUS in certain groups.
All customers after initial registration in the store pass inspection and authentication of REM Administrator. Without an active status of REM and membership in a group clients cannot make contracts, to see the products and their price in the store.
After 24 hours, if properly completed registration data and query group membership corresponding to your work field, you get an Active status and REM CUSTOMER MEMBERSHIP in certain group of customers in the serviced by the REM DEPARTMENT of SALE and SUPPLIES Bulgaria, regional REM AGENT, RESELLER and / or agents.
1.3. Clients with declined REGISTRATION.
Dear Customer, Your request has been declined by the Administrator of the shop. Possible reasons:
- Your completed registration data are not accurate or complete, please adjust your data;
- Your filled in details on registration cannot identify you to a group corresponding to the group specified by you at registration. Please make another request to re-group, match your profile and field of activity;
- The information in your account does not correspond to the requirements of REM client with the right to use the services of REM Department of sales and deliveries. Please contact our regional representative.
1.4. Clients with blocked REGISTRATION.
Dear clients, Your request has been blocked by the store administrator. Possible reasons:
- Your application for registration has been repeatedly declined by the Administrator on justified reasons;
- Your company or production is a competitive and / or offer rival products;
- Your company is a unit or structure of our major competitor;
- There are doubts in custom marketing undertaken by you;
- Other reasons that does not allow you to be an active REM client and member of a group at the store.
2.0. For preparation of a formal REM Offer and/or formal REM Proforma Invoice about railway equipment you are interested in, you have two options:
1. You must make a formal request for bidding (preparation of proforma invoice) directly to REM Sales Department via fax or email - and indicate the SKU machines code. For example: SKU17958 for 1997 year Plasser Dynamic Track Stabiliser DGS 62-N and etc.
2. Within a few days you will receive a formal REM offer (or REM Proforma Invoice);
II. Automatic generation of REM Offer (or receive a REM Proforma Invoice) by CRM platform REMTECHSTROY GROUP Online Store:
